I contacted Kerrie around the middle of June 2012 via her website regarding this tiara to question her returns policy. She replied very quickly and assured me i could return it, if it didnt suit. I ordered the tiara on the 18th June 2012. Kerrie contacted me the next day (very quick!) to advise her supplier didnt have stock of the brooch on the band and there would be a 2 week delay, and therefore would this be an issue for me. i advised this was fine. Kerrie assured me i would receive the tiara in the first week in July. true to her word i received the tiara on the 5th July. Unfortunately the pearls were too cream for the pearls on my dress so i was going to return it. i contacted Kerrie on 12th July 2012 to advise this and queried if she had a lighter shade of pearls which she could change on the tiara. to be honest i was expecting the answer to be no but Kerrie said she would do this no problem. I also asked if the bands could meet at the ends and Kerrie said this was fine.(how fuss
