Do you post outside of the UK?

Yes we post worldwide.

How long does it take for me to receive my tiara / hair accessories / Jewellery?
For items that are handmade by Kerrie G please allow up to 14 days for your items to be dispatched.  

I need my handmade items within 14 days is that possible?
Yes but please contact us before purchasing handmade tiaras, hair accessories and jewellery as occasionally we hold some made to order items in stock. 

I’m not ordering handmade items, how long will it take for them to be dispatched?
None Handmade items are normally dispatched within 2 working days, if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you to let you know.

I need my items posting to a different address, is this possible?
Yes you can have your tiaras, hair accessories and jewellery posted where ever you like for the same price, just let us know when ordering.

I want to return items where do I send them to?
You can return any items that have not been worn and are in a resellable conditions to the following address this must be within 14 days of the items being dispatched. Please contact us before returning the item via email otherwise it may not be accepted.

Please note we can not be held responsible to any returns that do not reach us and we strongly suggest that you return items using recorded delivery. We will not refund payment on any postage costs only the original cost of the items bought will be refunded.

I’ve seen a tiara which is handmade by Kerrie G but I want to customise it to suit my wedding theme, can I do that?
Yes because Kerrie G is our onsite designer usually items can be customised without a problem. You can contact Kerrie G directly to discuss your requirements by email kerrieg@weddingandgems.co.uk.

I have an idea of what I want but you dont have anything similar on your website can you create it for me?
