Our range of jewellery and some hair accessories are dispatched in black gift boxes and our tiaras in postal boxes wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Unlike other internet companies we go the extra mile to ensure your tiara and jewellery arrive safely with you.
We normally ship to the UK, this includes, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Your items must be signed for therefore we are unable to ask Royal Mail to leave them on your property if you are out. If you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase any of our items please contact me first to see if this is possible.
If you have ordered manufactured tiaras or bridal jewellery they will be dispatched within 2 working days. If items are marked in stock, then they are ready to be dispatched. If there are any problems we will contact you by email in the first instance.
If you have order handcrafted tiaras and jewellery or other accessories (if there are options on the product page then the item is handcrafted) then dispatch may take up to 14 days at busy periods. If you need your item before then, please contact us and we will try to arrange this.
If you are unhappy with your item you are entitled to return it within 14 days of the items being dispatched. You must email first before returning an item or it will not be accepted and automatically returned to sender. Items must arrive in the same condition as they left with all packaging in tact. The buyer is responsible for return postage and only the cost of the item not the original postage will be reimbursed. You can return your items to 23 Station Road, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6QR.
However if we believe that you are ordering a number of custom made items with the intention of returning at least 1 of them for example ordering 2 handmade tiaras for yourself with the intention of sending at least one of them back we will not process your order and refund any money paid back to your account. With custom made items we are not legally required to offer a refund under the distance selling regulation but do so out of good will and will continue to do so as long as this is not abused.
Bespoke items were agreed changes such as length, height and amendments to design other than those you are given the option to choose on the product page are none returnable.
At Wedding and Gems we protect our employees and believe that they should not be exposed to abuse (written or verbal) and they have our full support in terminating contact with threatening or abusive individuals.
