Our range of jewellery is dispatched in black gift boxes and our tiaras in clear boxes. Unlike other internet companies we go the extra mile to ensure your tiara and jewellery arrive safely with you.
Postage
Postage to the UK and Worldwide is £4, this is the total cost you will pay no matter how heavy your items are.
If you have ordered manufactured tiaras or bridal jewellery they will be dispatched within 2 working days. If items are marked in stock, then they are ready to be dispatched. If there are any problems we will contact you by email in the first instance.
If you have order handcrafted tiaras and jewellery (if there are options on the product page then the item is handcrafted) then delivery may take up to 28 days at busy periods. If you need your item before then, please contact us and we will try to arrange this.
Your product will be sent recorded delivery for the UK and will need to be signed for. We are sorry if this causes a problem however we prefer to know that our tiaras and jewellery have arrived safely. This also provide you extra protection in case your items are lost in the post. Normal Royal Mail delivery time for recorded delivery is 1- 3 days.
We are happy to post items worldwide by Air Mail please note that this method is not insured, if you wish to have insurance please contact us for a quote. Any tax or duty payable on our products are payable by the customer.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item you are entitled to return it within 7 days of receiving it, please contact us first so we can provide an address. If you do not contact us before you return the item we will be unable to accept it. Items must arrive in the same condition as they left with all packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage and only the cost of the item not the original postage will be reinbursed.
Please note that handcrafted items are exluded as they are made to order and may only be returned in the unlikely event that they are faulty. This includes all items where a choices of metal colour, crystal type etc. are available. Please contact me to discuss.
At Wedding and Gems we protect our employees and believe that they should not be exposed to abuse (written or verbal) and they have our full support in terminating contact with threatening or abusive individuals.
